Authorization for processing of personal data
Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, containing provisions for the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as rules relating to the free circulation of such data, we wish to inform you that the personal data provided by you will be processed in compliance with the regulations mentioned above.
In this regard, the following information is provided.
DATA CONTROLLER
The data controller is the Lazio Region Council, with headquarters in Via R. Raimondi Garibaldi 7, 00145 Rome (Email: dpo@regione.lazio.it PEC:protocol@regione.lazio.legalmail.it, switchboard 06.51681).
RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA PROCESSING
The Data Processing Manager is the Director of the Regional Directorate of Education, Training, Research and Work, with headquarters in Via R. Raimondi Garibaldi 7, 00145 Rome (Email: elongo@regione.lazio.it; PEC: formation@regione.lazio .legalmail.it; Telephone 0651684949). For all operations or sets of operations connected to the processing of data of participants in the Three-Year IeFP Courses or Individualized Training Courses, the Data Processing Manager as indicated above makes use of the subjects appointed to provide the training courses themselves, pursuant to of the art. 28, paragraph 4 of Regulation (EU) 2016/67. Specifically, the Data Processor pursuant to art. 28, paragraph 4 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, is Antonio Chimento, legal representative of the company/entity Capodarco Formazione Impresa sociale srl with registered office in Rome, Via Lungro 3, (Email: Presidente@capodarcoromaformazione.it; PEC: amministrazione@ pec.capodarcoromaformazione.it; Telephone 06/7141251).
They are also responsible for Data Processing, pursuant to art. 28, paragraph 4 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the companies/entities that, on behalf of the Administration or the company/entity, provide support services for the electronic/IT management of administrative procedures and specific operations or phases of processing .

METHOD, PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING
Personal data is collected and processed using electronic and/or paper-based tools by persons specifically appointed pursuant to Article 29 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The processing is carried out for the sole purpose of fulfilling all obligations related to the implementation of the interventions referred to in the "Public Notice for the Approval of a Catalogue of Proposals for Three-Year IeFP Courses and Individualized Training Courses (PFI) – Education and Mandatory Training Courses at Training Institutions under the conventional regime recognized by the Lazio Region and the Centers affiliated with Municipal Administrations, in compliance with current legislation and, in particular, the regional provisions regarding accreditation for the macro-type "Mandatory Training / Mandatory Education and Education and Professional Training Courses." FY 2026-2027." Data processing is therefore legally based on the national and regional provisions implementing Regulation (EU) No. 1303/2013 and all subsequent acts, including Decision C(2014)9799 of 12 December 2014 approving the Lazio Regional Operational Programme – European Social Fund 2014-2020 (hereinafter, POR Lazio ESF 2014/2020) within the "Investments for growth and employment" objective. On this basis, the data subject's consent is requested at the bottom of this notice.
CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE DATA
Any refusal to provide consent or failure to provide data by the interested party, given the purposes of the processing as described above, will result in the inability for the interested party to access the training courses – three-year and PFI – referred to in the "Public Notice for the Approval of a Catalogue of Proposals for Three-Year IeFP Courses and Individualized Training Courses (PFI) – Education and Mandatory Training Courses at the Training Institutions under the conventional regime recognized by the Lazio Region and the Centers affiliated with the Municipal Administrations, in compliance with the applicable regulations and, in particular, the regional provisions regarding accreditation for the macro-type "Mandatory Training / Mandatory Education and Education and Professional Training Courses. "AF 2026-2027."’
SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to art. 9 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679, we inform you that you are required to provide data that can be classified as "particular categories of personal data" and that is data that reveal "racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or membership union, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to the person's health or sexual life or sexual orientation", (only for PFIs) and in particular the certificate relating to his registration to the special placement established pursuant to Law 68/99 and subsequent amendments, indicating the percentage of recognized disability. These categories of data may be processed only with your free and explicit consent, expressed at the bottom of this information.
RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
The data will be made available to the Data Controllers as indicated above and may be communicated to other recipients, internal or external to the Administration, for the purpose described above, as well as for the purposes of populating the regional databases or fulfilling the obligations of law.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The data being processed will be retained for the period necessary to define this procedure and to carry out all activities related to the implementation of the interventions referred to in the "Public Notice for the approval of a catalogue of proposals for three-year IeFP courses and for Individualised Training Courses (PFI) - Education and Mandatory Training Courses at training institutions under the conventional regime recognised by the Lazio Region and the Centres affiliated with the Municipal Administrations, in compliance with current regulations and, in particular, the regional provisions regarding accreditation for the macro-type "Education Mandatory / Education Mandatory and Education and Professional Training Courses AF 2026-2027." and, in any case, until the complete definition of all operations related to the implementation and closure of the 2021/2027 ESF Cohesion Programme.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
The interested party may exercise the rights referred to in articles 15 to 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. In particular:
- The right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed;
- the right to ask the Data Controller to access personal data and to rectify or delete them or limit the processing of data concerning him or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to portability of the same;
- the right to revoke consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation
- the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Guarantor.
